SCEW conducted a full day workshop for Tata Motors on " Mindful Managers'', focussing on the theme of wellness. The workshop covered practical ways to enhance emotional wellness, occupational wellness, social wellness ,and spiritual wellness. We conducted several activities and role plays to engage the participants.
